	Fishing & Hunting Should you wish to bring your own boat, we have easy in and out dockside launching and plenty of dock space. We feature new Yamaha 9.9 HP engines on 14ft. aluminium- and fiberglassboats equipped with seats and paddles. Canoes may be rented. Easy to read lake maps are available to our guests and we will happily point out the "hot spots" for good fishing. 10 miles long Kabenung is rated as one of Ontario's most reproductive lakes and considered by local people and our guests to be the area's most beautiful. Fishing Northern pike, whitefish, bass and "The Filet Mignon of Canada" walleye, promise the novice and experienced fisherman the kind of action you've come to Canada to find. You also will find excellent fishing for brook trout, lake trout and perch in the various lakes close to our lodge. Please pick up your fishing license at the border or in one of many stores in Wawa The heavily wooded areas surrounding Kabenung Lake provide excellent Black Bear, Moose, and fowl shooting. Our Black Bear hunting success is second to non and hunting packages include things like pre-baited stands, lodgings, meals and guides. Our hunting accommodations are strictly limited and require early reservations.
